All cakes are made with as many local to Georgia ingredients as possible. The produce used in these cakes come from Fresh Harvest GA or the Grant Park Farmer’s Market. Cakes are decorated with ingredients that reinforce the cake flavors, as well as with organic & pesticide-free Georgia-grown flowers. I am unable to ship cakes.

MATCHA LEMON

A cake for spring. Layers of vanilla bean chiffon cake in between a Georgia strawberry & pink peppercorn jam filling. This cake is covered in matcha & lemon swiss meringue buttercream.

STRAWBERRY ON STRAWBERRY

For this cake I slow-roast Georgia strawberries from Miles Berry Farm with piloncillo and lemon juice until the berries are softened and release their juices. The mixture then gets puréed until mostly smooth and is used as the base for the cake. This purée also goes in to the jam filling and the swiss meringue buttercream that covers this cake. For strawberry lovers.

PILONCILLO CHIFFON

Three layers of chiffon cake sweetened with piloncillo. Inside is a decadent caramel pastry cream filling; outside the cake is frosted with a salty 72% Ghiradelli chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.
